Sunset Motorized Awnings – Motorized and Motorized XL

These are the popular SunSetter models you’ve heard so much about. Touch the button, and within seconds the strong lateral-arm design opens your awning and starts providing protection and comfort to your outdoor living space.

Mounted to Any Surface. Including wood, brick, stucco, aluminum, and vinyl siding. Can be installed directly on eaves or overhangs. Just choose the soffit mount brackets when ordering.
Optional Aluminum Hood. We can provide an optional aluminum hood to protect the awning fabric when closed.
Remote Operation. Built-in Somfy®motor allows easy remote operation.
Manual Override. Don’t worry! Even if you lose power, all motorized awnings come with a manual override which means you can still use your awning.
Beautiful Fabrics. You have more than 18 beautiful woven acrylic fabrics in solids, stripes, textures and tweeds or more than 10 Laminated fabrics available so there is no problem matching the awning to your home’s exterior.

Available Materials

Classic Woven Acrylic fabric. The fabric is light and strong. Acrylic yarns are dyed at the fiber level, which means they keep their colors longer and resist fading. Our exclusive collection of Woven Acrylic stripes is one-of-a-kind, only available at SunSetter. We use ultrasonic welding on the seams to keep you dry in rain.
Laminated Fabric. This fabric is heavy-duty, 100% waterproof, made with 5-layers of fabric. The two outer layers consist of a protective clear coating which protects the fabric from both UV rays and wear and tear from the elements. In addition, the Laminated fabric is also flame- and mildew-resistant!

Sunsetter Manual Awnings

Sunsetter Manual Retractable Awning. For a budget-friendly option, check out the Sunsetter Manual Retractable Awning! It offers the same sturdy lateral-arm technology without the added cost of a motor. The product is available in various sizes and is typically priced lower than motorized models by a few hundred dollars.
Model 1000XT Manual Retractable Awning. Looking for something more basic? The 1000XT requires no electricity but can still be opened or closed in less than a minute using a smooth, quiet hand-crank system. The 1000XT is available in the heavy-duty, 100% waterproof, laminated fabric.

KE Awnings

KE Awnings provides a variety of high quality, durable, retractable awnings, including options for different budgets. The motorized designs offer convenient, touch-of-a-button protection from the sun’s harsh UVA and UVB rays.

Domina

The Domina is a modern lightweight full cassette retractable awning that mounts easily on a wall or soffit combining classical design with advanced technology.

Maximum width. 6′ 5″ up to 20′ and can be motorized or manual operation if power is not available.
Color Choices. The Domina’s appealing design is available in 5 color options.
Full Cassette for All Widths. The full cassette enclosure for all sizes ensures complete fabric and hardware protection from the elements.
Rotational Pitch Adjustment. The huge rotational pitch adjustment (from 0 to 80 degrees) means you don’t have to worry about the low, late afternoon sun.
Belt Arm Technology. Domina uses belt arm technology which reduces wear and tear on the system, dramatically increases cycle count lifespan and durability.

Bella Plus

The top-of-the-line Bella Plus comes with a bottom cover so your awning is protected from the elements. Bella Plus is available in the full or semi cassette option.

Maximum width. 7′ 4″ up to 26′
Torque Sensing Technology. The hood and tray design allows the use of Somfy’s Torque Sensing Motor Technology which monitors, controls and optimizes your motorized awning.
Full closure of the Full Cassette. The front rail of the full cassette model will close tightly against the cassette housing to avoid any gaps caused by potential fabric stretching. The complete closure will fully retract the awning into the protective case system. Since there are no gaps, you don’t have to worry about whether any party of the system will be damaged by rain, snow, or ice. In addition, there will be no space for squirrels and birds to enter and make a nest.
Support for Larger Models. One of the biggest issues with many larger awnings is the support system. If the awning is greater than 20′, some systems require an additional center support bracket. The Bella Plus, on the other hand, has an internal tray to support the roller tube. As a result, none of the Bella Plus designs, including up to 26′, need center support brackets that may damage fabric through friction and abrasion.
