Ever Wonder What Your HVAC Would Tell You?

Investing in a retractable awning can greatly enhance your outdoor space while providing significant energy savings. Your HVAC system would appreciate the reduced workload and the resulting lower utility bills.
- Awnings can increase your property value and enhance outdoor enjoyment. They help keep your home cooler in summer and warmer in winter, reducing HVAC strain.
- Your HVAC system works hard to maintain comfort, and awnings can lessen its workload.
- With less work, your HVAC can lead to lower energy bills, making awnings a smart investment.
Your HVAC system can provide valuable insights about your home's comfort and efficiency. It may indicate issues like poor insulation, airflow problems, or the need for maintenance. Understanding these signals helps you maintain a comfortable environment and can lead to energy savings over time.
… Recent Research Indicates It Would Suggest A New Awning
Your investment in a beautiful new retractable awning is so smart, it may make your other investments look like idiots.
Not only will you enjoy your outdoor living space so much more… not only will your property increase in value overnight (this happens around 2:37 a.m. in most cases)… not only will you be the envy of your neighbors… but you will save money every month.
This is due to the incredible energy savings your awning will bring to you. Savings of which you may not have been aware before you became an avid reader of this blog.
But I knew you wouldn’t want to take my word for it, though I’m one of the world’s foremost experts in the energy savings created by today’s wonderful awning products. As far as you know. So I decided to bring you closer to the real source, by interviewing another expert you might trust even more:
Your HVAC system.
An Informative Chat With Your HVAC
I have to say, when I sat down for this interview with your Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning system (HVAC), I had no idea what I was getting myself into. Dude likes to run on and on.
(But to be fair, that’s possibly your fault.)
Anyway, I’ve distilled HVAC’s most salient remarks into this action-packed blog article, for your convenience. And here they are.
“My homeowners have no idea,” said HVAC. “I’m workin’ HARD over here! Heating the place in the winter… cooling things off in the summer… lemme tell ya, it’s hard labor, my friend.”
“How about the homeowners who have beautiful retractable awnings covering their decks and patios, though?” I asked.
“How should I know? My place is naked to the elements! The sliding glass door, all the doors and windows… they’re getting a constant bombardment of ol’ Mother Nature. It’s all I can do to keep up!”
“But you must’ve heard something…”.
“Yeah, yeah,” HVAC said, “It ain’t like I don’t chat at the water cooler with my buddies. Some of ‘em have great homeowners who’ve installed these fantastic awnings. And you know what? Those awnings keep the weather off the sliding glass, off the windows, even off the siding! Ah, man, it’s beautiful.”
“How beautiful?”
At this point, HVAC leaned closer and nearly whispered. “Well, confidentially, most of my buddies who take care of houses with awnings say the decks and patios are about twenty degrees cooler in the summer, and the same amount warmer in the winter, thanks to that awning.”
“Shut your mouth!” I said, even though I already knew this, and I also knew that an HVAC system does not, technically speaking, have a mouth.
“No, I’m being totally serious here, my friend! Twenty degrees! And that means my buddies over there have a lot less work to do.”
At this point, HVAC gazed wistfully Heavenward. “My people need to get one of them awnings,” he whispered. “That’d be beautiful. Know what I mean?”
“I can dream, can’t I?”
There you have it. Your HVAC, like all of us, would like to have less work to do. And here’s the really “cool” part – when HVAC has less work to do at your place, your utility bills drop faster than the Rockies record during the average June. So give it some thought! And when you’re ready to talk energy savings, your friends at the Best Awning Company are ready to help.
